past.\nResponsibilities:\nSupporting with accounts receivables and payables\nSupporting Accounting Department\nHelping prepare for meetings.\nUsing various software, including word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and presentation software.\nProcessing transactions, issuing checks, updating ledgers, budgets etc.\nPreparing financial reports\nAssisting with audits, fact checks, and resolving discrepancies\nRequirements:\nProven experience as an Assistant Controller or within a related accounting position. \nIn-depth understanding of the entireMS Office suite.\nMinimum of Associate degree in Accounting\nAbility to organize a daily workload by priorities.\nMust be able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced quickly changing environment.\nA proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills.\nProfessional level verbal and written communications skills.\nExperience with Deltek preferred but not
