position is accountable for the accounting operations of the global firm reporting directly to the CEO.\nQualifications:\nAccounting or Finance Degree Required\n3 years or more of progressive Accounting experience\nMust be an advanced user of Microsoft Excel & ERP Systems\nStrong written, oral and visual communication skills\nGood collaboration skills, organized and able to work in a team environment\nAbility to multitask and creative problem solving\nStrong leadership qualities\nFinancial Statement experience \nStrong cash flow and forecasting experience \nDeltek Vision Software experience a plus \nInternational experience a plus\nDesign, Construction or A&E / Service Based business experience a plus \n Once you are here you will:\nMaintain a documented system of accounting policies and procedures .\nOversee the operations of the accounting department, including supervision of accounting staff\nEnsure that payroll is processed in a timely manner\nProduction of the monthly forecasts and annual budget\nCalculate and issue financial and operating metrics\nEnsure that accounts payable are paid in a timely manner\nEnsure that invoices are issued to clients in a timely manner\nEnsure that accounts receivable are collected promptly\nMonitor compliance with bank covenants\nMaintain a system of controls over accounting transactions\nPrepare timely and complete monthly financial statements\nCoordinate the provision of information to external auditors for the annual audit\nResponsible for human resource activities such as, benefit administration, on-boarding, off-boarding, policy enforement,
