Our clients include 5 of the 10 largest private equity firms in the world and represent more than $3T in combined AUM.\nWhat you will do:\nBuild new product features and experiences end-to-end, everything from database models to API endpoints, and integrating them with UI components for our web and AI Voice Agent Application\n\nDesign and build new AI-powered modules from scratch (e.g., market sizing, competitive analysis) that become core capabilities of our research platform\n\nBuild and own product foundations (AI agent orchestration, voice AI pipelines, app and API performance, intelligent automations)\n\nArchitect scalable backend services with complex async processing and background task orchestration\n\nApply learnings from each project into the product, so we're 1% better everyday (Law of Compounding is real. After all, we are founded by investment professionals)\n\nQualifications:\n3+ years of professional Python backend experience\n\nStrong expertise building production APIs (FastAPI, Django, or similar)\n\nExperience building agentic systems with LLM platforms (Anthropic, OpenAI, or similar)\n\nDeep hands-on experience with LLMs in production - building reliable agentic systems, not just API calls\n\nExperience with PostgreSQL and SQL database design\n\nUnderstanding of async programming, job queues, and distributed systems\n\nExperience with background task orchestration and async processing workflows\n\nBonus:\nExperience with Anthropic Claude API and Agent SDK\n\nFamiliarity with agent orchestration frameworks\n\nBackground in AI/ML systems or voice AI\n\nFamiliarity with vector databases and semantic search (pg_vector, etc.)\n\nExperience with Supabase or similar Backend-as-a-Service platforms\n\nPrevious startup experience\n\nWho you are:\nObsess over system design
