More specifically, we have great people working together as a dream team.\nWhat You’ll Do:\nDeliver materials and equipment to construction sites, ensuring timely and safe service.\nBuild and maintain strong relationships with customers, demonstrating Diligent’s commitment to customer obsession.\nOperate a knuckle boom flatbed truck safely and efficiently, adhering to all traffic and safety regulations.\nConduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure compliance with safety standards and operational readiness.\nLoad and unload materials using the knuckle boom, ensuring proper securing and handling to prevent damage.\nAssess and optimize load distribution to enhance vehicle performance and safety.\nIdentify and propose new insights and improvements to business practices, fostering a culture of innovation and curiosity.\nActively participate in team meetings and training sessions to share best practices and enhance operational efficiency.\nWork closely with dispatchers, warehouse staff, and other team members to coordinate deliveries and service requests.\nSupport colleagues in achieving team goals and embodying the core value of teamwork.\nFollow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure the safety of self and others during operations.\nMaintain accurate records of deliveries, vehicle inspections, and maintenance as required by company policy and regulatory standards.\nWe’d love to hear from you if you:\nYou have Crane experience (Hiab, PM, and or Palfinger) also plus (NCCCO certification is preferred).\nYou are physically fit to perform the job, which requires pushing, pulling, bending, twisting, and lifting up to 50 pounds (you will be exposed to a physical environment outdoors in various weather conditions, which involves dirt, odors, noise, weather extremes or similar elements most of the workday)\nYou have a Class A or B CDL license for over 5 years, and you like to be home every night.\nYou put safety 1st and are steadfast in keeping people safe from harm.\nYou have excellent time management skills.\nYou can safely operate a knuckle boom flatbed truck.\nYou are comfortable driving in and out of tight construction job sites and downtown areas.\nYou can perform a daily, 360-degree inspection of the truck and equipment before taking the vehicle out on the road and upon return.\nIf you have any experience in waste, construction, demolition, or driving, don't forget to mention it!\nWhat you get:\nMedical, Dental, Vision Insurance\n401(k) with 4% company match\nCompany paid life insurance policy, short term disability, and long term disability\nPTO and paid holidays\nGreat, collaborative work environment\nDiligent embraces diversity and equal opportunity in a serious way.
