Growing Together.\nPay Range: $32-34/hr DOE\nBoca Raton, FL\nSteel Erection Foreman\nJob description:\nStructural and Miscellaneous Steel company is looking for an Erection Foreman to join our growing team!\nThe ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years or more experience in Structural and Miscellaneous Steel Erection.\nThe primary job function of an Erection Foreman is leading a crew to install steel columns, beams, steel girders, bar joist, composite deck, roof deck, stairs, rails and ladders. \nResponsibilities:\nLead and work with a crew to ensure the safety, quality and progress of projects, while meeting both client and company’s goals.\nOversee all proper AISC Bolting and AWS welding procedures to install structural members and components per the plans and specifications.\nUtilize crews, cranes and equipment to perform tasks safely and efficiently.\nReview project plans and specifications with Management.\nQuickly resolve issues, while maintaining adequate manpower and resources.\nMaintain proper communication with Project Manager and Office Personnel.\nDocument daily inspection, site and equipment reporting.\nBasic Qualifications:\n5+ years of experience as a field foreman on structural erection projects.\nAbility to read and understand contract drawings, erection drawings and fabrication drawings.\nAbility to implement company safety and quality programs\nWhat you get:\nMedical, Dental, Vision Insurance\n401(k) with 4% company match\nCompany paid life insurance policy, short term disability, and long term disability\nPTO and paid holidays\nGreat, collaborative work environment\nDiligent embraces diversity and equal opportunity in a serious way.
