The BDR I is expected to build new outbound pipeline and generate interest as a brand ambassador for the Diligent products. A BDR I should demonstrate conversational excellence and in-depth product knowledge to achieve outbound targets.\nThis is an exciting opportunity to join a market leading and rapidly growing business, highly focused on achieving goals and delivering results. The role offers an excellent basic and competitive commission structure, with high achievers given the opportunity to progress within the business becoming an expert in corporate software sales. \nKey Responsibilities\nDemonstrate expertise at using lead generation tools to routinely extract contacts and create accurate and targeted lists of prospects (Cold calling, LinkedIn, Outreach, Sales Force, ZoomInfo, etc). \nConduct sales development best practices through email, phone, and social activities using the various software tools to connect with new prospects. \nUtilise smart, targeted questions to speak knowledgeably to qualify the right decisions makers.\nSkillfully build interest and influence opportunities with new prospects.\nCoordinate meetings/demonstrations on account executive’s calendar and log activities in CRM.\nMeet or exceed targets & key performance indicators (KPIs) as determined by the business.\nAbility to assist others with viable techniques to drive overall team performance.\nOther duties may be requested in accordance with business need.\nRequired Experience/Skills\nArabic language proficiency is essential.\nA strong passion for working in a sales-focused, target-driven environment. \nSolid understanding of the sales process, including marketing, prospecting, cold calling, and managing the sales cycle. \nProven ability to effectively communicate the product’s unique value proposition and quickly gain in-depth product knowledge. \nExceptional communication skills, with a track record of engaging and influencing senior-level executives. \nExcellent verbal and written presentation skills, with the ability to deliver clear and persuasive messages. \nHigh energy, with a positive and can-do attitude that drives success.\nPreferred Skills:\nExperience in SaaS sales Experience building strong stakeholder relationships at c-suite level.\n#LI-SK2\nAbout Us\nDiligent is the AI leader in governance, risk and compliance (GRC) SaaS solutions, helping more than 1 million users and 700,000 board members to clarify risk and elevate governance.
