At the same time, our engineering organization keeps growing, with more teams, more projects and more commitments to deliver.\nAs Delivery Manager, reporting to the Head of Engineering, you will sit at the crossroads of our customers, Engineering and Product. Your role has two equally important sides: guiding strategic customers as they integrate DiliTrust into their ecosystem, and making sure our teams deliver what we commit to, on time. You will not manage the teams directly. You will be the person who brings clarity, structure and momentum, supporting the Head of Engineering and the Engineering Managers who lead our projects.\nThis is a highly visible role with real platform for its customers.\nMissions :\nCustomer integration projects\nPartner with Customers: Act as the delivery contact for strategic customers integrating DiliTrust into their systems, working hand in hand with the Customer Success and Sales teams who own the overall relationship\n\nGuide API Adoption: Help customers' IT and architecture teams design and roll out their integration with our APIs, from scoping to go-live\n\nAssess Fit and Capture Needs: Check that our solutions meet customer requirements, identify gaps and new needs, and turn them into clear, prioritized inputs for Engineering: Help ease scoping, prioritization, dependency management and release preparation between both teams\n\nRequirements\nQualifications :\n5+ years of experience in project management, delivery management or technical project management, ideally in a B2B SaaS company\n\nProven experience running customer-facing integration projects with large enterprise accounts\n\nSolid understanding of APIs and integrations (REST APIs, webhooks, data flows, authentication such as OAuth or SSO), enough to hold a credible conversation with a customer's architects and developers\n\nHands-on experience with agile methods (Scrum, Kanban) and tools such as Jira and Confluence\n\nFluent French and English, written and spoken\n\nDesired skills :\nAbility to bring structure without adding bureaucracy\n\nFacilitator mindset: you rally teams and get things done without formal authority\n\nClear communicator, able to turn complex situations into simple messages for customers, engineers and leadership\n\nProactive and anticipatory: you spot risks before they become problems\n\nCustomer-minded, while respecting product constraints and priorities\n\nComfortable
