As Website Manager, you own that experience: first by moving the site to a new AI-powered CMS without losing what works, then by running it like a product. You read the data, build fast, test, and keep what works.\nScope\nYou'll join a small Product Marketing team inside the global Marketing department and own an international B2B website in five languages (EN, FR, IT, DE, ES), connected to HubSpot. You own the site as a platform and a channel. Positioning and messaging come from Product Marketing, page copy from our Content Producer, visual identity from Brand, and SEO from our SEO specialist. Success means a site that's faster to build and run, and more visitors turning into conversations.\nCore responsibilities\nWebsite rebuild\nAudit the current site and decide with Product Marketing what moves, what gets merged and what gets retired.\nBuild the content model and reusable templates in the new CMS, so the team can create pages without developers.\nRun redirects, HubSpot forms and tracking so we keep rankings, leads and data through the switch.\nLaunch in all five languages, retire WordPress with IT and train the team on the new tool.\nWebsite structure and content\nOwn the website roadmap and keep the site healthy, technically and structurally.\nPropose new pages for topics, use cases and audiences we don't cover yet, and evolve templates and navigation as our positioning changes.\nRun daily updates, landing pages and the translation workflow, publishing only claims approved by Product Marketing.\nKeep accessibility, cookie consent and security settings in order with IT.\nPerformance and optimization\nOwn tracking and reporting (GA4, Google Tag Manager, Search Console) and share results in plain business language.\nImprove journeys and forms with Revenue Ops, and test what converts.\nTell Product Marketing which pages, messages and proof points work.\nWho you work with\nReports to: Senior Product Marketing Manager\nDaily collaboration: The whole Marketing team, Revenue Ops (HubSpot), IT\nAs needed: Agencies and freelance developers\nWhat we're looking for\n5 to 10 years in marketing or product marketing, including at least 3 years managing a B2B website, ideally SaaS or complex software, with international, multilingual experience.\nAt least one website migration or replatforming from start to finish, including redirects and protecting search rankings, run with agencies or freelance developers.\nStrong CMS knowledge: WordPress, plus AI-powered or headless platforms, and quick to learn a new one.\nStrong, hands-on AI skills: you use AI every day and build with it, from automations (Make, Zapier, n8n) to custom GPTs and agents, and you know when AI output needs a human check before it goes live.\nA good eye for design: layout, UX and visual hierarchy, and comfortable working in Figma.\nTechnical fluency: HTML and CSS, GA4, Google Tag Manager, Search Console, and HubSpot forms and integrations.\nFluent English.\nA plus: technical SEO and AI search visibility (GEO/AEO), accessibility (WCAG) and GDPR / cookie consent.\n\nWhat really sets you apart\nAI tinkerer: you love testing new tools and building your own shortcuts.\nMarketer at heart: give you a positioning document and you already see the page structure.\nFast from idea to live: you prototype, ship, measure and iterate.\nProblem solver: you go where the problem is and arrive with a solution, not just a ticket.\nCalm in a migration: you plan carefully, check everything twice, and don't panic when something breaks on launch day.\n Collaborative and proactive: you spot what needs doing and act before anyone asks.\nRecruitment process\n1.
