You will work independently and with a team to deliver timely, professional service to customers throughout an assigned territory.\nPrincipal Duties and Responsibilities\nSafely perform assigned HVAC/R maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair work in commercial and industrial settings.\n\nPerform preventive maintenance and repairs on Commercial/Industrial HVAC equipment.\n\nDiagnose equipment breakdowns, test components with appropriate instruments, disassemble and reassemble parts, and complete necessary repairs.\n\nService, diagnosis, and troubleshoot refrigeration equipment, including coolers, reach-in coolers, walk-in boxes, refrigerated display cases, and ice machines.\n\nService, diagnoses, and troubleshoot split systems, packaged rooftop units, heat pumps, direct-expansion (DX) systems, pneumatic systems, electrical control systems, and other mechanical equipment.\n\nApply HVAC/R knowledge and experience to maintain medium- to large-sized, complex heating, cooling, refrigeration, and associated control systems.\n\nPrepare for on-site installations and repairs by reviewing building layouts, gathering materials, and coordinating work with customers and the dispatcher.\n\nComplete required electronic service documentation daily using a handheld device.\n\nWork independently and collaboratively to complete assigned tasks within established time frames.\n\nOperate a company vehicle to complete service calls within assigned territory.\n\nPerform other related duties and special projects assigned.\n\nEducation, Experience, and Certifications\nThree to five years of experience troubleshooting and maintaining commercial and/or industrial HVAC/R equipment.\n\nExperience servicing, diagnosing, and troubleshooting refrigeration equipment, including coolers, reach-in coolers, walk-in boxes, refrigerated display cases, and ice machines.\n\nEPA Universal Certification.\n\nHigh school diploma or equivalent.\n\nOSHA 10-hour bend, and stoop, and comfortably lift up to 50 pounds.\n\nDemonstrate proficiency in electrical and mechanical diagnostics.\n\nRead and interpret blueprints, schematics, drawings, and other layout materials.\n\nSuccessfully complete required background and drug screenings.\n\nSuccessfully complete a motor vehicle record (MVR) check.\n\nSuccessfully complete a physical ability test.\n\nTravel as needed for
