Because we are an employee-owned firm, your voice will be an essential part of our shared success.\nResponsibilities\nAbout the Position\nProject Management and Design\nLead the strategy and drive the execution of high-value engineering solutions that position our firm as the premier technical partner for complex projects.\nDiversify by collaborating with internal experts across environmental science, planning, and management to deliver holistic solutions that go beyond standard engineering.\nProject manage and deliver preliminary and detailed designs for municipal and industrial infrastructure projects related to treatment facilities and pumping stations. \nCoordinate design team activities, direction to project team members including junior engineers and technical support staff, and ongoing support to client relationship managers.\nLiaise with public and private sector clients, government review and approval agencies, sub-consultants and subcontractors.\nLiaison with multidisciplinary project teams (including transportation, municipal and structural engineers, transportation systems planners, planners, environmental scientists and technical support staff).\nWe empower our teams to automate the routine so they can focus on high-value, creative problem-solving.
