including segmentation, VPNs, firewalls, and policy baselines.\nPerform advanced troubleshooting and root-cause analysis for complex security incidents.\nDesign and maintain secure network architectures for on-premises, cloud, and hybrid environments.\nLead security-related projects from planning through implementation across departments.\nServe as a subject matter expert and provide technical guidance to internal teams.\nParticipate in incident response, containment, recovery, and post-incident reviews.\nDrive strategic initiatives related to zero-trust security, identity management, and cyber resilience.\nDevelop and maintain security architecture documentation aligned with NIST, FFIEC, CIS, and regulatory requirements.\nEvaluate emerging technologies and recommend security improvements aligned with risk objectives.\nCollaborate with other departments on security-related items and any other duties as assigned by the bank.\nQualifications:\nBachelor's degree in Information Systems, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.\nMinimum 5 years of progressive experience in network engineering, cybersecurity, or security operations.\nExperience with Cisco Firepower, Palo Alto, routing and switching, Azure, AWS, Microsoft security technologies, SIEM, IAM, PAM, EDR, and MDM solutions.\nExperience supporting security programs in highly regulated industries, preferably financial services.\nStrong understanding of FFIEC, GLBA, NIST, CIS, and cybersecurity examination requirements.\nProfessional security certifications preferred, including CISSP, CCNP Security, GIAC, OSCP, or CISM.\n Cisco Engineering certifications a plus.\nComprehensive understanding and technical knowledge in server administration, including GPO deployment, patching, network device configuration, and hardware management.\nGood team player, self-confident, motivated, and independent.\nExcellent communication skills.\nAbility to remain calm while multi-tasking and working under pressure in a fast-paced environment.\nAttention to details and good problem-solving skills.\nAbility to stretch routinely beyond defined boundaries
