The team has a keen focus on efficient and effective processes that provide a consistent and positive experience for the hiring manager and candidate alike.\nReporting to the Recruiting Manager, the Technology Recruiter is responsible for full life cycle recruiting, from candidate generation and assessment to offer negotiation and close, for Dimensional's Technology organization. They will hire talent at all levels for positions across the department and engage in consultative conversations with business leaders and HR stakeholders to optimize equitable and inclusive assessment and hiring strategies.\nResponsibilities:\nIndependently own and manage high touch recruiting processes focused on delivering exceptional hiring manager and candidate experiences.\nDevelop trusted relationships with internal clients and hiring managers; thoroughly understand needs and priorities and translate them into practical and creative recruiting strategies.\nAct as advisor in guiding hiring managers through full life cycle recruitment process (Engagement; Candidate Generation; Assessment; Offer) with an eye towards building scalable and efficient hiring processes.\nUtilize innovative sourcing strategies to build talent pipelines of active and passive candidates for open roles and opportunistic hiring.\nManage offer processes, including negotiation and extension of offers, candidate close and initial onboarding.\nServe as brand ambassador for firm in the marketplace; utilize LinkedIn and CRM to engage a diverse community of talent and position Dimensional as an employer of choice.\nBuild knowledge of competitive landscape and use market data and intelligence to inform hiring decisions.\nDevelop solutions to recruiting related needs within the businesses (e.g. interview training) to enhance the overall organization’s ability to identify and attract talent.\nDeliver meaningful data and metrics to business leadership via customized reporting focused on key talent acquisition activity.\nLiaise with specialist HR staff in support of new employee orientation and on-boarding activities.\nProactively identify and filter AI-generated profiles, deepfakes, plagiarised resumes, and fraudulent applicants to maintain talent pool integrity.\nAssist other global recruiting team members on an ad-hoc basis.\nAssist early careers team in sourcing and assessing candidates during campus recruiting busy season.\nQualifications:\nFull life-cycle recruitment experience across multiple skill levels and disciplines; experience in Asset Management or Financial Services strongly preferred.\nUnwavering commitment and pride in delivering an impeccable client experience to hiring managers and candidates.\nDemonstrated success in working with hiring managers and other stakeholders to execute a high touch, consistent and efficient hiring process.\nAbility to proactively assess and translate business needs into creative hiring strategies.\nTrack record of utilizing innovative sourcing techniques in attracting a broad and diverse slate of candidates.\nProven ability to identify and mitigate recruitment fraud, including experience vetting AI-generated applications, deepfakes, or plagiarised profiles.\nExceptional interpersonal and communications skills; ability to interact with all levels of employees, candidates and prospects in building relationships and negotiating complex offers.\nAbility to manage concurrent priorities in a fast-moving & demanding environment.\nStrong analytical mindset and passion for using data to inform business decisions.\nKnowledge of HR policies, laws and regulations; ability to maintain confidentiality and data accuracy when handling candidate information.\nKnowledge of Workday Recruiting and various sourcing tools is a plus.\nThis role is not eligible for Immigration Sponsorship\nDimensional offers a variety of programs to help take care of you, your family, and your career, including comprehensive benefits, educational initiatives, and special celebrations of our history, culture, and growth.\nIt is the policy of the Company to provide equal opportunity for all employees and applicants.
