we want someone who’s ready to pick up the phone, dig deep into technical roles, and become a trusted partner to both candidates and hiring managers.\nWhat You’ll Do:\nConduct outbound recruiting (calls, emails, messaging) to technical and niche professionals\n\nTranslate client intake calls into compelling outreach campaigns\n\nPresent and pitch roles clearly and persuasively to candidates\n\nIdentify, screen, and qualify candidates for client needs\n\nBuild and nurture relationships with both clients and candidates\n\nRepresent our firm’s brand with clarity, energy, and professionalism\n\n(Optional, but valued): Help develop business and generate new client leads\n\nWhat You Bring:\n3-7+ years of agency recruiting experience (or hybrid in-house/agency)\n\nStrong experience with cold calling and outbound outreach\n\nTechnical aptitude - you’re comfortable speaking to roles in engineering, chemicals, tech, or similar industries\n\nComfortable working independently and managing your own pipeline\n\nStrong communicator - written and verbal\n\nEntrepreneurial mindset -
