Your new role

At Digital Science, we put our customers at the core of everything we do. The role sits at the intersection of pre-sales and customer engagement for Dimensions and Altmetric, our leading research intelligence and attention metrics platforms.

You'll work across the full customer journey - from tailored product demonstrations and trial support during the pre-sales process, to onboarding, training, and adoption post-sale. You'll act as a technical guide throughout, helping prospects and customers alike get the most out of Dimensions and Altmetric.

This is a hybrid role suited to someone who enjoys the energy of the sales cycle but also values the deeper, longer-term relationships built through engagement work. As Digital Science grows its network of reseller partners across the Asia-Pacific region (APAC), you will also support prospective partner conversations and train current partners on Dimensions and Altmetric solutions. We're hiring for this role on a 12-month fixed-term basis to support this growth. While we can't guarantee it beyond that point, we'll evaluate the business case for making it permanent as the term progresses.
