You’ll work closely with clients, engineering teams, and company leadership to design scalable AI architectures, identify high-impact use cases, and drive AI adoption across customer-facing products and internal engineering processes.\n\nYou’ll play a key role in shaping Dinarys’ AI practice by defining architectural standards, evaluating emerging technologies, and helping both our clients and engineering teams successfully leverage Generative AI, AI Agents, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and modern cloud-native architectures.\n\nRequirements:\n\n4+ years of experience in Solution Architecture, Software Architecture, or Senior Software Engineering.\n\nCommercial experience designing and delivering AI-powered solutions.\n\nStrong understanding of Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), AI Agents, prompt engineering, and modern AI workflows.\n\nExperience integrating AI services from providers such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, or open-source models.\n\nUnderstanding of MCP (Model Context Protocol) and modern agent-based architectures is a strong advantage.\n\nExperience designing cloud-native and microservice architectures.\n\nSolid understanding of APIs, system integrations, authentication, and scalable backend architecture.\n\nExperience working with international clients and participating in technical discovery sessions.\n\nStrong communication and presentation skills.\n\nExcellent problem-solving and analytical thinking.\n\nStrong hands-on experience with PHP and modern PHP ecosystems/frameworks, including Laravel or Symfony, REST APIs, microservices, messaging, databases, and cloud-native architectures.\n\nProven experience leading the architecture and delivery of production-grade PHP backend systems.\n\nProven experience introducing AI tools and AI-enabled SDLC practices across an engineering organization, not only within individual projects.\n\nExperience defining adoption strategies, engineering guidelines, security guardrails, training programs, and measurable success criteria for organizational AI initiatives.\n\nTechnical leadership experience, including architecture ownership, mentoring, code review standards, and coordination across engineering teams.\n\nUpper-Intermediate English or higher.\n\nNice to have:\n\nExperience in ecommerce or retail technology.\n\nExperience with Shopify, Adobe Commerce (Magento), commercetools, BigCommerce, or other commerce platforms.\n\nKnowledge of AI evaluation frameworks, observability, and LLMOps.\n\nExperience building multi-tenant SaaS platforms.\n\nFamiliarity with Computer Vision, recommendation systems, forecasting, or personalization engines.\n\nAWS, Azure, or Google Cloud certifications.\n\nResponsibilities:\n\nDesign end-to-end AI solution architectures for ecommerce and digital commerce products.\n\nAnalyze business requirements and translate them into scalable AI solutions.\n\nIdentify high-impact AI use cases across customer experience, operations, content, search, merchandising, analytics, and internal processes.\n\nDesign architectures involving LLMs, AI Agents, RAG, vector databases, and modern AI infrastructure.\n\nEvaluate and recommend AI technologies, models, frameworks, and providers based on quality, cost, security, and scalability.\n\nCollaborate with software engineers to ensure successful implementation of architectural decisions.\n\nCreate architecture diagrams, technical documentation, ADRs, and implementation guidelines.\n\nDefine best practices for AI integration, governance, monitoring, and security.\n\nParticipate in technical discovery sessions with clients and support solution
