You will ensure predictable delivery, transparent communication with stakeholders, effective resource utilization, and continuous improvement of project processes.\n\nCandidate Business Value\n\nThe Middle Project Manager will ensure predictable, high-quality project delivery, improving client satisfaction, team efficiency, and business transparency.\n\nThe role brings value by effectively planning and utilizing project resources, reducing delivery risks and costs, aligning team capacity with business needs, and enabling scalable, repeatable delivery processes that support Dinarys’ growth and long-term client partnerships.\n\nRequirements:\n\n3+ years of experience as a Project Manager in IT / software development projects.\n\nSolid understanding of PMI knowledge areas, including Scope, Schedule, Cost, Quality, Risk, Communication, Stakeholder, and People Management.\n\nPractical experience working in Agile environments (Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid models).\n\nAbility to manage the full project lifecycle: initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, control, and closure.\n\nProven experience in:Project planning and estimation.\n\nBudget tracking and timeline control.\n\nRisk identification and mitigation.\n\nResource planning and capacity management.\nExperience planning resource needs based on project scope, roadmap, timelines, and delivery priorities.\n\nAbility to monitor team workload, availability, and allocation and proactively identify resource risks.\n\nStrong skills in stakeholder management and client communication.\n\nUnderstanding of change management and continuous improvement practices.\n\nExperience in client-facing delivery for international customers.\n\nExperience coordinating cross-functional teams (Developers, Architects, QA, Designers, DevOps).\n\nHands-on experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).\n\nUnderstanding of SDLC and modern software development practices.\n\nUpper-Intermediate or higher English level (spoken and written).\n\nExperience managing multiple projects simultaneously.\n\nNice to have:\n\nPMI certification (PMP, CAPM) or Agile certification (PSM, CSM, SAFe, etc.).\n\nBackground in eCommerce or Enterprise solutions.\n\nBasic technical background or previous experience as BA / QA / Developer.\n\nResponsibilities:\n\nProject Delivery\n\nLead and manage software development projects according to PMI and Agile principles.\n\nDefine project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and success criteria.\n\nCreate and maintain project plans, schedules, and documentation.\n\nFacilitate Agile ceremonies: Sprint planning, Daily stand-ups, Retrospectives.\n\nMonitor project progress, budget, and risks;
