As the SME, you will serve as the technical authority for exceptionally complex, multi-platform enterprise systems. You'll provide expert-level support, analysis, research, and engineering for large-scale cloud, network, and security solutions-all while guiding executive-level project teams and influencing technical strategy across major DLA initiatives. You will think independently, communicate effectively, and apply broad, deep expertise across interconnected IT disciplines to solve some of the most challenging architecture, migration, and sustainment problems in the DoD landscape.\n\n***This position is contingent upon contract award.***\n\nResponsibilities:\n\nServe as the senior-most technical expert on enterprise cloud, network, and security engineering efforts.\nSupport complex multi-cloud architectures across Azure, AWS, OCI, and Google Cloud.\nDefine enterprise standards for cloud integration and sustainment.\nLead executive-level project teams and develop technical alternatives for mission-critical challenges.\nEngineer and secure connectivity between DoD systems, SCCA, and cloud providers.\nProvide Tier 3 & 4 support for F5 ADCs including LTM, GTM/DNS, and APM.\nDesign \"break and inspect\" architectures aligned with DISA cloud security requirements.\nDevelop advanced Layer 7 health monitors with CSPs and application teams.\nGuide migration planning and ensure SCCA VDMS/VDSS compliance.\nAnalyze bandwidth, utilization, and architecture impacts for cloud initiatives.\nManage Cloud Access Point (CAP) lifecycle working with Circuit Manager for DISA Storefront procurement.\nDevelop engineering diagrams, network maps, device configurations, and sustainment documentation.\nProvide executive-level recommendations and participate in Integrated Product Reviews.\nLead cross-disciplinary problem solving for escalated enterprise issues.\nAdvance Zero Trust alignment and STIG/SRG compliance.\nCollaborate on RMF/ATO artifacts and coordinate control implementation.\n\nQualifications:\n\nYears of Experience: Ten (10) years of experience in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Systems/Technology.\nEducation Level: Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent experience\nClearance Requirements: Active Secret clearance with SSBI (Tier 5 investigation) or Top-Secret clearance. \nCertification Requirements:8570/8140: IAT Level III - CASP+ CE, CCNP Security, CISA, CISSP (or Associate), GCED, GCIH, or CCSP\nCisco Certified Network Professional-Enterprise (CCNP-E).\nCheck Point Certified Security Administrator (CCSA), in addition to the Cisco certification.\n\nHands-on experience with Azure, AWS, OCI, and GCP.Deep experience with DoD cloud frameworks (SCCA, VDMS, VDSS).\nEnterprise routing, switching, and data center experience.\nExperience with IPv6, BGP, MPLS/LDP.\nAdvanced skill in F5 ADCs (LTM, GTM/DNS, APM).\nExperience with DISA Storefront and CAP provisioning.\nUnderstanding of STIG/SRG compliance and Zero Trust principles.\nStrong documentation and executive communication abilities.\nAny other work-related qualifications needed for the role:\n\nDesired/Preferred:Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert-Enterprise Infrastructure (CCIE-EI).\nCheck Point Certified Security Expert (CCSE).\nAWS Certified Advanced Networking - Specialty or AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Professional.\nAzure Network Engineer Associate (AZ 700) or Azure Solutions Architect Expert (AZ 305).\nGCP Professional Cloud Network Engineer or GCP Professional Cloud Architect.\nCompTIA Cloud+\n\nSalary Range: $103,000 to $123,000\n\nThe compensation range listed for this position represents the good faith salary range Diné Development Corporation (DDC) and its subsidiaries reasonably expect to pay for the role, in accordance with applicable state and local pay transparency laws.
