The engineer will provide design, implementation, testing, integration, and sustainment support for enterprise Infoblox DNS, DHCP, and IP Address Management (DDI) services within complex Department of Defense environments. The successful candidate will work closely with network, cybersecurity, and operations teams to ensure reliable, secure, and scalable enterprise infrastructure services supporting DODNet modernization initiatives.\n\nResponsibilities:\n\nDesign, implement, configure, and maintain enterprise Infoblox DDI infrastructure.\nAdminister and optimize DNS, DHCP, and IP Address Management services.\nDevelop and execute test plans, validation procedures, and operational acceptance testing.\nTroubleshoot complex DDI and network integration issues.\nSupport migration activities involving DNS, DHCP, and IP address management systems.\nDevelop technical implementation plans, engineering documentation, and standard operating procedures.\nPerform system analysis and provide recommendations for service improvements and automation.\nCoordinate with cybersecurity teams to ensure compliance with DoD security requirements.\nSupport operational turnover, sustainment planning, and lifecycle management activities.\nProvide technical guidance to engineering and operations personnel.\n\nQualifications:\n\nBachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field and 8 years of relevant experience; OR Master's degree and 6 years of relevant experience.\nActive Secret security clearance.\nU.S. Citizenship.\nDoD 8570/8140 IAT Level II certification.\nCitrix Certified Enterprise Engineer (CCEE) certification.\nMinimum 8 years of experience supporting enterprise network infrastructure and DDI environments.\nStrong experience administering Infoblox DNS, DHCP, and IP Address Management platforms.\nExperience with test planning, validation, system integration, and operational support.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\n\nExperience supporting DISA, DoDNet, or large federal modernization programs.\nExperience with automation and orchestration of DDI services.\nExperience supporting enterprise network migrations.\nSecurity+, CASP+, or related cybersecurity certifications.\nExperience with ServiceNow and enterprise monitoring tools.\n\nSalary Range: $90,000 to $110,000\n\nThe compensation range listed for this position represents the good faith salary range Diné Development Corporation (DDC) and its subsidiaries reasonably expect to pay for the role, in accordance with applicable state and local pay transparency laws.
