TypeScript, PostgreSQL, Redis, Elasticsearch\n\nFrontend : SvelteKit, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, tRPC, TanStack Query\n\nWhat We're Looking For :\n\n- 2+ years of experience building and shipping production-grade software.\n\n- Strong expertise in TypeScript/JavaScript across frontend and backend development.\n\n- Deep understanding of software engineering fundamentals, system design, and scalable architecture.\n\n- Strong knowledge of relational databases, indexing strategies, query optimization, and database internals.\n\n- Experience building scalable REST APIs and real-time systems.\n\n- Familiarity with caching, asynchronous processing, networking, and distributed systems.\n\n- Experience using modern AI coding tools to accelerate development workflows.\n\n- Strong attention to engineering quality, including latency, reliability, race conditions, bundle size, and user experience.\n\n- Ability to balance speed with maintainability, making thoughtful engineering
