Incentive compensation and benefits may also be available.\nAbout the Role\nThe Financial Analyst supports the financial planning, analysis, reporting, and operational decision-making activities of a semiconductor fabrication facility. This role partners closely with Manufacturing, Engineering, Supply Chain, Facilities, and Operations leadership to provide financial insights that drive cost efficiency, capacity optimization, productivity improvements, and capital investment decisions. The analyst will play a key role in monitoring fab performance, analyzing manufacturing costs, supporting budgeting and forecasting processes, and delivering actionable recommendations to improve business results. This position reports to the Accounting Manager.\nWhat You’ll Do\nPartner with manufacturing, engineering, supply chain, and business leaders to analyze financial performance across wafer fabrication operations, assembly, test, and capital investment activities.\nDevelop, maintain, and enhance financial models supporting revenue forecasting, gross margin analysis, fab utilization, capital expenditures, and long-range planning.\nLead monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasting processes, providing insight into key business drivers, risks, and opportunities.\nAnalyze manufacturing costs, including wafer costs, yields, cycle times, equipment utilization, labor, and overhead absorption to identify opportunities for improved profitability.\nSupport quarterly earnings processes by preparing financial analyses, management reporting packages, and materials used in executive and investor communications.\nMonitor actual results against budgets and forecasts, investigate variances, and provide actionable recommendations to business leaders.\nPartner with operations teams to evaluate strategic investments in semiconductor manufacturing equipment, capacity expansions, technology nodes, and process improvement initiatives.\nPrepare executive-level dashboards and presentations that translate complex operational and financial data into clear business insights.\nSupport annual operating plan development and long-term financial planning activities, including scenario modeling and sensitivity analysis.\nCollaborate with accounting and SEC reporting teams to ensure consistency between operating forecasts, financial statements, and management reporting.\nUtilize large datasets from ERP, manufacturing execution systems (MES), and business intelligence tools to perform data-driven analyses and improve decision-making.\nIdentify opportunities to streamline financial processes, improve reporting automation, and enhance forecast accuracy through continuous improvement initiatives.\nContribute to strategic projects such as product profitability analysis, pricing evaluations, customer and market assessments, and merger, acquisition, or investment analyses as needed.\nEnsure compliance with internal controls, corporate policies, and reporting requirements associated with operating in a publicly traded company environment.\nLimited accounting responsibilities may be assigned based on need\nTools You’ll Use\nMicrosoft Office Suite\nOracle\nWhat You’ll Gain\nBuild strong connections through networking and mentoring with members of Diodes’ highly skilled workforce\nCollaboration and exposure to a global team and resources\nGain practical, project-based experience that strengthens your technical and professional skills.\nWho You Are\nBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field\n3+ years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, Cost Accounting, Manufacturing Finance, or related finance roles;
