This role involves working very closely with the Supply Chain Solution Architect and the other members of the Supply and Demand Planning teams.\nWhat You’ll Do\nERP Development:\n Design and develop Oracle ERP solutions focusing on supply chain modules, ensuring alignment with business requirements.\n Customize and enhance Oracle(R12) ASCP, Demantra, APS, GOP, and other relevant supply chain modules to improve forecasting, planning, and order fulfillment processes.\nSupport daily operations of the Supply Chain modules aligned with business needs and priorities \nData Management:\nManage and maintain data integrity within the ERP system, ensuring accurate data flow and reporting.\nImplement data governance practices and optimize data management processes to support analytics and decision-making.\nImplement data governance practices and optimize data management processes to support analytics and decision-making.\nCollaboration:\nWork closely with cross-functional teams across geographical regions, including IT, operations, and finance, to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions. \nParticipate in Agile ceremonies (sprints, stand-ups, retrospectives) to ensure timely delivery and continuous improvement.\nTesting and Troubleshooting:\n Conduct unit testing and assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure system functionality meets business needs.\n Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the supply chain modules and data discrepancies.\nDocumentation and Training:\nCreate and maintain technical documentation for developed solutions, including design specifications and user guides.\n Provide training and support to end-users on Oracle ERP functionalities and best practices.\nWho You Are\nRequired\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.At least 5 years of experience as an Oracle ERP Developer, specifically with ASCP, Demantra, APS, GOP, and other supply chain modules.\nStrong background in data management, including data modeling, ETL processes, and database management systems.\nFamiliarity with Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile teams.\nExcellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.\nStrong communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.\n\nTechnical Expertise:\nProficient in Oracle ERP modules related to Supply Chain Management, including but not limited to:\nOracle Inventory Management\nOracle Purchasing\nOracle Order Management\nOracle Advanced Supply Chain Planning (ASCP)\nOracle Demantra\nOracle Advanced Planning and Scheduling (APS)\nOracle Global Order Promising (GOP)\nOracle Manufacturing\nOracle Logistics\nStrong knowledge of Oracle SQL and PL/SQL for data extraction, manipulation, and reporting.\nProficiency in technical tools - PL/SQL, BI, WF Builder, TOAD, Oracle APEX, etc.\nExperience with Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) or similar ETL tools for data management.\nFamiliarity with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure and deployment of cloud-based ERP solutions.\nUnderstanding data modeling concepts and best practices in data governance.\nExperience with integration tools such as Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or other middleware solutions.\nKnowledge of reporting tools (e.g., Oracle BI, Tableau) for data visualization and analytics.\nExperience with the full project life cycle, including fit-gap analysis, testing, and user training, is expected. \nKnowledge of source control systems (SVN, Git) \nKnowledge of Cloud ERP, Model N a plus\nExperience with additional programming languages (e.g., Java, JavaScript) is a plus.\nPrior experience in a manufacturing, distribution, or high-tech supply chain environment.\nExperience in the semiconductor industry a plus.\nLife at Diodes\nDiodes Incorporated delivers advanced analog and power semiconductor solutions to the world’s leading technology companies, driving innovation, efficiency, and performance across high-growth markets.
