This role spans product definition through release to manufacturing and works closely with architecture, verification, applications, layout, and new product development teams.\nWhat You’ll Do\nDesign analog and mixed-signal integrated circuits from product definition through release to manufacturing.\nSupport architecture definition, including feasibility studies and evaluation of design trade-offs.\nDevelop analog circuits that meet functional, performance, quality, and reliability requirements.\nPerform top-level and block-level analog design verification using current testbench development, automation, and data-analysis methodologies.\nProvide design support to application engineers and customers during product designins.\nCollaborate with multidisciplinary new product development teams.\nPartner with the Design Verification team to support robust, bug-free silicon.\nTools You’ll Use\nCadence Virtuoso\nSpectre and HSPICE\n3D electromagnetic extraction tools\nParasitic extraction and post-layout verification tools\nWhat You’ll Gain\nBuild strong connections through networking and mentoring with members of Diodes’ highly skilled workforce\nCollaboration and exposure to a global team and resources\nGain Practical, project-based experience that strengthens your technical and professional skills.\nWho You Are\nMinimum Qualifications\nMaster’s degree in Electrical Engineering.\nAt least 2 years of analog design experience supporting high-speed serial communication protocols such as UFS or MIPI, USB, PCIe, DisplayPort, or HDMI.\nWorking experience with analog building blocks such as equalizers, current mirrors, operational amplifiers, bandgap references, oscillators, and regulators.\nProficiency with design and simulation tools such as Cadence Virtuoso, Spectre or HSPICE, and 3D electromagnetic extraction tools.\nExperience with layout principles, matching techniques, parasitic extraction, and postlayout verification.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience contributing to UFS 5.0, USB4 Version 2.0, or PCIe 6.0 development.\nExperience with advanced CMOS and BiCMOS process technologies.\nKnowledge of reliability considerations including ESD, latch-up, electromigration, and stress effects.\nWorking knowledge of analog design verification.\nExperience with silicon bring-up, debugging, and characterization.\nStrong interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills.\nStrong time-management skills and a record of delivering projects on schedule.\nLife at Diodes\nDiodes Incorporated delivers advanced analog and power semiconductor solutions to the world’s leading technology companies, driving innovation, efficiency, and performance across high-growth markets. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors such as experience, skills, qualifications, education, location, and business needs. In addition to base salary, employees may be eligible for incentive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package.
