transactional document of the system mainly through the use of Crystal Report application.\n\n Train, coach, and mentor clients on the effective use of the software.\n\n Provide ongoing customer maintenance and support.\n\n Develop and maintain expert knowledge of SAP Business One.\n\n Provide regular project status reports to management.\n\n Set up Backup and Maintenance schedule of database.\n\n Provide onsite or offsite Technical Support to clients.\n\n Perform other related tasks as may be required by the management, immediate superior, and client.\n\nQualifications\n\n Minimum of 1-year experience in any standard ERP products\n\n Relevant experience in customization of forms and reports of ERP products\n\n Microsoft Server Operating System, Crystal Report, and MS SQL background\n\n Strong analytical and planning skills\n\n Good communication and presentation skills\n\n Excellent problem-solving
