Candidates must be able to reliably report to our Tomball, Texas location for all scheduled shifts.\nIn this role, you will prepare sterile products using aseptic technique and follow USP procedures in our cleanroom.\nAbout Rx Route\nAt Rx Route, we believe access to wellness should be simple, reliable, and connected. Through Rx Route, we help bridge the gap between telehealth platforms, providers, and pharmacy fulfillment solutions by creating streamlined pathways for modern medication access.\nResponsibilities\nCompound sterile preparations in a USP -compliant cleanroom\nGown, garb, and maintain proper aseptic technique\nCalculate, label, and document each preparation accurately\nComplete cleanroom cleaning, sanitization, and quality checks\nSupport inventory, dating, and workflow with the pharmacist and team\nFollow SOPs and report issues promptly\nRequirements\nActive pharmacy technician license/registration as required by the state\nSterile compounding certification (e.g., PTCB CSPT or equivalent sterile compounding certification)\nHigh school diploma or equivalent\nStrong attention to detail and comfort with calculations and documentation\nAbility to work a full shift in cleanroom garb\nReliable Monday-Friday availability, plus occasional Saturday availability\nAbility and willingness to work onsite in Tomball, Texas\nThis position does not offer remote or hybrid work\nSchedule\nFull-time or part-time opportunities available\nMonday through Friday\nOccasional Saturday as needed\nAll scheduled work is performed onsite at our Tomball, Texas pharmacy\nThis is not a remote or hybrid position\nSpecific hours and scheduling expectations will be discussed during the interview and hiring process\nCompensation & Benefits\nHourly compensation competitive and commensurate with experience, qualifications, and responsibilities\nFull-time and part-time opportunities available\nOvertime eligibility in accordance with applicable law\nBenefits eligibility may vary based on employment status, scheduled hours, and applicable company policies\nSpecific compensation, scheduling, equipment, and benefits details will be discussed during the hiring process\nEqual Employment Opportunity\nRx Route is committed to providing equal employment opportunities to qualified individuals.
