Plumbing and electrical systems maintenance and installation experience is also required.\n\nWillingness to accommodate the changing needs of a new business including scheduled work hours, occasional travel, customer service priorities and clerical duties.\n\nWhat You’llDo and Impact:\nEngage directly with customers to understand their needs, defineor confirm the scope of work, and provide tailored solutions.\n\nCoordinate with third-party service providers (SPs) to translate customer requirements, set clear job expectations, and verify completion.\n\nCollaborate with internal Project Associates to ensure SP bids include complete scopes and accuratepricing.\n\nDevelop and present customer proposals, offering technical support as needed.\n\nTroubleshoot fulfillment issues and drive SP performance through clear expectations, escalation, and contract enforcement.\n\nServe as a technical expert to support sales, customer service teams, and manage systematic issues with Supply Chain resources.\n\nRespond to multiple internal and SP inquiries via phone, mobile apps, and email.\n\nLead process improvement initiatives, provide training to new team members, and mentor colleagues.\n\nManage complex, high-stakes projects, overseeingstrategies, negotiations, and mitigating risks to minimize potential losses.\n\nParticipate in additionalassigned projects to drive team and operational success.\n\nExperience:\nAssociate Degreeor equivalent apprenticeship\n\n15+ years of applicable trade industry experience\n\nAbility to travel \n\nAdditional Items of Interest:\nFire alarm system knowledge and generator installation experience are preferred.\n\nExperience providing customer service, dispatch, quoting, or project management in the landscaping, snow removal and other exterior building maintenance servicespend categories.\n\nAdditionalknowledge in multiple building trades is beneficial.\n\nBachelor’s degree\n\nSenior Living background or experience.\n\nAble to use systems and technology to multi-task, manage time and create efficiencies.\n\nProject management skills, including experience managing large and complex projects, are preferred.\n\nProven ability to work in a team centered, collaborative environment.\n\nJob to be performed in the location listed.
