You’ll turn data into actionable insights that inform product assortment, pricing, supplier, and go-to-market decisions while collaborating across key business teams.\nDirect Supply is building the future of healthcare technology with industry-leading products, solutions, and platforms to help improve the lives of millions of seniors and those who care for them.\nWhat You’ll Do and Impact:\nResearch market trends, customer needs, and competitor strategies to inform category and supplier decisions.\nAnalyze sales, margin, rebates, inventory, and service levels to identify trends and business opportunities.\nEvaluate product and category performance to identify opportunities for growth, efficiency, and customer value.\nSupport category strategies that improve product assortment, pricing, and supplier performance.\nDevelop data-driven recommendations that translate analysis into actionable business insights.\nCollaborate with Product Marketing, Sourcing, Go-to-Market, and Digital teams to support product launches and category initiatives.\nCreate reports, presentations, and data visualizations that clearly communicate findings and support decision-making.\nApply structured problem-solving to investigate business questions, identify root causes, and recommend solutions.\nWhat You’ll Bring:\nCurrent enrollment in a bachelor’s degree program in Marketing or a related business field, with an anticipated graduation date of May '28 or later.\nGPA of 3.5 or higher.\nAbility to work 15-25 hours per week during the school year and 30-40 hours per week during the summer.\nStrong Microsoft Excel skills with the ability to organize, analyze, and interpret data.\nFoundational knowledge of business strategy, competitive research, or data analysis.\nAbility to research and synthesize market, competitive, and business information into meaningful insights.\nAbility to solve problems, evaluate information objectively, and develop practical recommendations.\nAbility to communicate findings clearly and manage priorities while delivering accurate, high-quality work.\nJob to be performed in the location listed.
