Drives progress through uncertainty and moves others to action.\n\nWhat You’ll Do and Impact:\nLead the design, development, and deployment of scalable data automation workflows that replace manual data quality, enrichment, and hygiene processes\n\nPartner with cross-functional teams (Data Engineering, CRM, Analytics, Marketing, Sales Operations) to identify data challenges and define automation requirements\n\nCollaborate with Data Engineering, Database, and Architecture teams to architect, develop, and deploy scalable automation, AI, and data quality solutions that support current business needs and future-state data capabilities\n\nDesign and implement AI-powered solutions leveraging automation tools, APIs, and machine learning to improve data accuracy, consistency, deduplication, and completeness\n\nBuild and maintain integrations with third-party data enrichment platforms (e.g., ZoomInfo, Clearbit) and AI-driven tools to continuously enhance enterprise data\n\nApply generative AI and intelligent APIs to enable advanced data matching, classification, enrichment, and correction\n\nEstablish monitoring, alerting, and feedback mechanisms to ensure automated data processes remain accurate, reliable, and scalable over time\n\nCollaborate with Database and Architecture teams to ensure alignment with enterprise data standards, governance, and security practices\n\nDefine and track key performance metrics (e.g., data quality, efficiency gains, error reduction, ROI) to measure impact and drive continuous improvement\n\nDevelop and scale self-service automation tools, frameworks, and best practices to enable broader adoption across teams\n\nProvide training, documentation, and ongoing support to Partners to maximize adoption and effectiveness of automated data solutions\n\nExperience:\n5-8+ years of experience in data quality, data automation, data operations, or related technical roles\n\nStrong hands-on experience with SQL and Python, or equivalent automation and scripting technologies\n\nProven experience designing, building, and supporting automated, AI-driven workflows that improve data quality, efficiency, and reliability\n\nExperience building and maintaining integrations with APIs, web services, and external data sources\n\nExperience defining data quality metrics and operationalizing monitoring, observability, or alerting processes\n\nProven ability to collaborate and influence cross-functional stakeholders across teams such as Analytics, Data Engineering, CRM, Marketing, and Sales Operations\n\nAdditional Items of Interest:\nExperience applying machine learning, generative AI, or advanced automation techniques within data workflows, including entity resolution, data enrichment, anomaly detection, or data correction\n\nExperience with modern data platforms such as Databricks, Snowflake, Azure Synapse, or similar cloud-based analytics environments\n\nExperience with data orchestration, transformation, and integration tools such as Apache Airflow, dbt, Fivetran, Power Automate, or similar technologies\n\nExperience working with third-party enrichment and data intelligence platforms such as ZoomInfo, Clearbit, Data Axle, or similar providers\n\nExperience in healthcare, senior living, or other data-intensive B2B environments\n\nKnowledge of workflow governance, auditing, compliance controls, and SLA-driven automation\n\nExperience creating training materials, operational documentation, and supporting adoption of new processes and technologies\n\nCertifications in data engineering, cloud platforms, automation technologies, artificial intelligence, or machine learning\n\nJob to be performed in the location listed.
