You’ll work with financial data and technology to identify trends, improve processes and support informed business decisions.\nDirect Supply is building the future of healthcare technology with industry-leading products, solutions and platforms to help improve the lives of millions of seniors and those who care for them.\nWhat You’ll Do and Impact:\nSupport financial planning and analysis by preparing monthly reporting packages used by Finance and business leaders to understand performance.\n\nAnalyze financial and operational results to identify trends and key business drivers and support forecasting and other forward-looking analyses.\n\nHelp automate recurring financial reporting using Power BI and AI tools to reduce manual processes and improve visibility into business performance.\n\nPartner with Finance and business stakeholders on ad hoc financial analyses, reporting requests and process improvements that support informed decision-making.\n\nCommunicate financial findings and recommendations through clear presentations and data-driven storytelling.\n\nSupport periodic tax-related activities, including tax reconciliations and other financial analyses, in partnership with Finance and Accounting Partners.\n\nSkills Needed:\nSystems Thinking & Problem Solving - Identify the right problems to solve by understanding the broader system - customers, stakeholders, processes, data, technology, and AI. Stay curious, learn beyond your core specialty, experiment with new approaches, use AI to accelerate learning, and improve through feedback and setbacks.\n\nExperience:\nSophomore or higher standing in a four-year undergraduate program, or enrollment in a graduate program, majoring in Finance, Accounting, Business Analytics or a similar field.\n\nGPA of 3.3 or higher.\n\nStrong Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, data analysis and basic financial modeling.\n\nAbility to work full time during the summer (~40 hours/week) and part time during the school year (~15-20 hours/week).\n\nAdditional Items of Interest:\nExperience or demonstrated interest in AI, analytics, automation or data tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Power BI, Databricks, SQL, Python or similar technologies.\n\nPersonal projects, coursework, extracurricular activities or prior internship experience related to finance, analytics, automation or data.\n\nJob to be performed in the location listed.
