Build the skills, habits, tools, and culture needed to raise the bar and scale impact over time.\nWhat You’ll Do and Impact:\nLead, develop and coach EVS Partners supporting first- and second-shift operations.\nPlan staffing, assignments, shift handoffs and event coverage to maintain reliable service across campus.\nSet team goals and service standards aligned with Campus Operations priorities.\nBuild consistency across shifts through regular communication, training, feedback and clear operating practices.\nAddress performance concerns promptly and constructively.\nCoordinate the contracted cleaning company’s daily work and monitor service quality, coverage and safety practices.\nDocument recurring contractor issues and escalate unresolved service, contract or cost matters to the Senior Manager, Campus Operations.\nMaintain campus cleanliness, sanitation and appearance through regular inspections and timely corrective action.\nManage EVS supplies and inventory, maintain SDS records, and reinforce safety requirements and operating procedures.\nReview work orders, service trends and customer feedback to identify opportunities to improve service, coordinate responses and track work through completion.\nSupport additional areas of the Campus Operations Department as priorities evolve.\nExperience:\nHigh school diploma or GED.\n5 - 7 years of direct leadership experience.\nProficiency with Microsoft 365, including Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams, with experience using data to monitor service performance.\nValid, unexpired driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record.\nAbility to work a regular Monday through Friday schedule with flexibility to coordinate service across first and second shifts and work occasional weekends or earlier or later hours based on campus needs.\nJob to be performed in the location listed.
