These services will be in DSSI onboarding, supplier integration, formulary management, compliance processes, budget controls and more.\nSkills Needed:\nSystems Thinking & Problem Solving - Identify the right problems to solve by understanding the broader system - customers, stakeholders, processes, data, technology, and AI. Seek and integrate different perspectives, contribute ideas, work through dependencies, and help teams make progress together through change and ambiguity.\n\nHave a basic understanding of standard procurement practices including GPO’s\n\nIntermediate Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite\n\nWhat You’llDo and Impact:\nFor new customers to DSSI, work in partnership with the DSSI Implementation Team in building the customer’s DSSI site and appropriate work flows.\n\nConsult, analyze and make recommendations to corporate customer’s C-Suite leadership to integrate the appropriate supplychain on their DSSI site.\n\nWork with the DSSI Procurement Services Category Analyst to identifyand recommend optimization opportunities to the customer. Once approvedwork with internal teams to update formularies and appropriate controlsto monitorcompliance.\n\nWork with the DSSI teams to facilitatethe onboarding and training of all users onto the DSSI system.\n\nBuild and establishan approval process using the Approval Function in DSSI.\n\nStandardize GL coding for the corporation with their Accountingdepartment.\n\nWork with the corporation's finance department to implement Budget Control on DSSI.\n\nPromote the One Direct Supply value and create opportunities across DSI. Meet with customers on a predetermined schedule to deliver results of the program and establishthe ongoing roadmap for Procurement Services.\n\nExperience:\nBachelor’s degree\n\n5+ years of supply chain and procurement experience\n\nAbility to travel by car and/or plane up to 50%\n\nValid, unexpired driver's license with satisfactory driving record\n\nExperience working with cross-functional teams\n\nAdditional Items of Interest:\nExperience working in the long termhealthcare profession\n\nExperience working in or with Direct Supply DSSI\n\nJob to be performed in the location listed.
