Their mission is to improve the quality of life by improving the quality of vision. \nResponsibilities: \nAs Cloud Administrator you will be administering and maintaining Windows Server environments, ensuring their stability, security, and alignment with internal standards; \n\nYou will be performing routine patching, updates, and system health checks, making sure systems remain secure, up to date, and compliant with defined policies; \n\nYou will be monitoring and troubleshooting server performance and availability, proactively identifying issues and resolving them before they impact business operations; \n\nYou will be assisting in managing cloud resources across multiple platforms, supporting day-to-day cloud administration activities; \n\nYou will be monitoring cloud workloads and assisting with provisioning and scaling, helping ensure optimal resource usage and performance; \n\nYou will be supporting cloud backup and disaster recovery configurations, ensuring data protection strategies are properly implemented; \n\nYou will be monitoring backup jobs and resolving failures or alerts, maintaining the reliability of backup operations; \n\nYou will be performing regular restore tests, validating data recoverability and disaster recovery readiness; \n\nYou will be using monitoring tools to track system health and performance, ensuring visibility across infrastructure components; \n\nYou will be responding to incidents and service requests related to servers and backups, providing timely and effective resolution; \n\nYou will be supporting audit and compliance activities, preparing systems and documentation for internal and external reviews; \n\nYou will be ensuring systems meet internal and regulatory standards, following defined security, governance, and operational requirements. \n\nRequirements: \n10+ years of experience in infrastructure, providing a solid foundation across server, storage, and platform administration; \n\n5+ years of experience in workstation build and automation, supporting standardized and efficient endpoint environments; \n\nWork in a hybrid set up (3 days onsite in Alabang, Muntinlupa and 2 days WFH) - Necessary condition; \n\nExperience with Windows Server 2016/2019/2022 and Active Directory, supporting enterprise directory and server services; \n\nExperience with virtualization platforms such as VMware vSphere, ESXi and Microsoft Hyper-V, ensuring efficient resource utilization; \n\nExperience with cloud platforms including Azure, AWS, and GCP, enabling support of hybrid and multi-cloud environments; \n\nExperience with Veeam Backup & Replication, supporting backup and recovery operations; \n\nExperience with SAN and NAS solutions, managing enterprise storage environments; \n\nExperience with storage protocols such as iSCSI, NFS, and SMB, ensuring reliable data access; \n\nExperience with ITSM tools, supporting structured incident, problem, and request management; \n\nExperience with monitoring tools such as SolarWinds, SCOM, and Nagios, enabling proactive infrastructure monitoring; \n\nBasic exposure to SIEM tools, supporting security monitoring and incident awareness; \n\nExperience with PowerShell, enabling scripting, automation, and administrative efficiency. \n\nNice to have: \nExposure to automation tools, supporting further optimization and standardization of infrastructure operations. \n\nWe offer: \nSalary for work amounting to 150,000 - 160,000 PHP; \n\nMonthly transportation allowance of ₱4,000; \n\n₱3,600 monthly de minimis non-taxable allowance; \n\nHMO coverage from day 1 for you and 1 dependent; \n\nEquipment provided; \n\nOptical coverage; \n\nYear-end leave monetization; \n\nGym subscription; \n\nMonthly supply of coffee!
