Their mission is to improve the quality of life by improving the quality of vision.\nResponsibilities:\nAs Frontend Developer you will be developing and maintaining user-facing web applications using ReactJS and Next.js, ensuring clean structure and maintainable code;\n\nYou will be implementing reusable UI components using TypeScript and established design patterns, supporting consistency and scalability across the application;\n\nYou will be applying responsive design principles, making sure applications work seamlessly across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices;\n\nYou will be assisting in optimizing frontend performance, improving rendering behavior, load times, and overall user experience;\n\nYou will be working closely with UI/UX designers, accurately translating designs, wireframes, and prototypes into functional and visually consistent interfaces;\n\nYou will be integrating frontend components with RESTful APIs, ensuring smooth data flow and reliable communication with backend services;\n\nYou will be participating in code reviews, contributing feedback and ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices;\n\nYou will be writing and maintaining basic automated tests, supporting application stability and reducing regression risks;\n\nYou will be following established frontend standards, guidelines, and development processes, ensuring consistency across the codebase;\n\nYou will be staying up to date with modern frontend technologies and best practices, continuously improving your technical skills and development approach.\n\nRequirements:\n2+ years of experience in web or frontend development, allowing you to contribute independently to frontend tasks and features;\n\nWork in a hybrid set up (3 days onsite in Alabang, Muntinlupa and 2 days WFH) - Necessary condition;\n\nHands-on experience with ReactJS and exposure to Next.js, enabling you to build modern, component-based applications;\n\nStrong proficiency in JavaScript, with practical knowledge of ES6+ features used in modern frontend development;\n\nExperience using TypeScript in frontend projects, supporting type safety and code maintainability;\n\nUnderstanding of component-based architecture and responsive UI design, ensuring reusable and adaptable interfaces;\n\nFamiliarity with Redux or other state management libraries, allowing you to manage application state effectively;\n\nSolid understanding of ReactJS core concepts, such as hooks, lifecycle, and component composition;\n\nGood knowledge of HTML5 and CSS3, supporting semantic markup and modern styling techniques;\n\nExperience integrating frontend applications with RESTful APIs, enabling dynamic data-driven interfaces;\n\nFamiliarity with modern development tools, including Git for version control, Webpack for bundling, and Babel for transpilation;\n\nBasic understanding of frontend testing frameworks, supporting quality and reliability of delivered features.\n\nNice to have:\nExperience with CSS preprocessors such as Sass or Less, enabling more structured and maintainable styling.\n\nWe offer:\nSalary for work amounting to 40,000 -
