The company operates across multiple global markets and is committed to driving innovation through scalable, data-driven platforms.\nResponsibilities:\nAs Junior Fullstack Developer you will be building and maintaining the broker core platform across the full stack, and forming part of the permanent core that supports and extends it after go-live;\n\nYou will be creating model and query data in MongoDB and PostgreSQL;\n\nYou will be writing test, secure, and review code to the team’s standard;\n\nYou will be supporting integration and migration workstreams as needed;\n\nAfter go-live, you will be handling production fixes and enhancements.\n\nYou will be part of the cutover planning and go-live activities, ensuring a smooth transition from implementation into production support and operational ownership;\n\nYou will be collaborating with the requirements team and business stakeholders, gaining a clear understanding of scope, priorities, and functional expectations for development work;\n\nOther related duties which may be assigned by immediate superior.\n\nRequirements:\n1+ year of experience with React + Node JS with both MongoDB and PostgreSQL;\n\nHas basic experience in testing, git workflow and secure-coding habits;\n\nFamiliarity with AWS to ensure being able to work across the stack independently;\n\nWork in a hybrid set up (3 days onsite in Makati and 2 days WFH) -
