Their mission is to improve the quality of life by improving the quality of vision.\nResponsibilities:\nAs Tech Lead you will be providing technical leadership for SAP BO and SAP BW/4HANA solutions across the team, coordinating complex troubleshooting and ensuring effective support activities;\n\nYou will be guiding engineers on best practices for reporting, data modeling, and platform operations, ensuring consistency and high-quality solutions;\n\nYou will be supporting knowledge sharing and mentoring junior engineers, contributing to team development and technical growth;\n\nYou will be developing and maintaining Web Intelligence reports, ensuring accurate and business-aligned reporting outputs;\n\nYou will be designing and maintaining Universes using Information Design Tool, ensuring proper data structure and usability for reporting;\n\nYou will be troubleshooting report performance, refresh failures, and scheduling issues, ensuring reliability and efficiency of BI solutions;\n\nYou will be developing and maintaining BW/4HANA data models, including ADSO and Composite Providers, ensuring scalable and optimized data structures;\n\nYou will be creating and maintaining BW Queries used for reporting and analytics, ensuring consistency and performance of reporting layers;\n\nYou will be designing and maintaining analytical data models supporting reporting workloads, ensuring alignment with business needs and performance expectations;\n\nYou will be applying data modeling best practices including star schema and dimensional modeling, ensuring efficient and maintainable data design;\n\nYou will be working with SAP ChaRM for controlled change deployments, ensuring governance and traceability of changes;\n\nYou will be coordinating transports across development, QA, and production environments, ensuring smooth and controlled releases;\n\nYou will be participating in production support and incident management, ensuring timely resolution of issues impacting business operations;\n\nYou will be monitoring data loads, report schedules, and BI platform services, ensuring system stability and data availability.\n\nRequirements:\n5+ years of experience as a Team Lead working with SAP BusinessObjects and SAP BW/4HANA, ensuring strong leadership and technical expertise;\n\nWork in a hybrid set up (3 days onsite in Alabang, Muntinlupa and 2 days WFH) - Necessary condition;\n\nExperience with Analysis for Office, enabling support for advanced reporting and data analysis;\n\nExperience with SAP BusinessObjects Data Services for data integration and ETL, ensuring reliable data processing and transformation;\n\nExposure to Databricks or Spark-based analytics platforms, enabling work with modern data processing environments;\n\nFamiliarity with data integration patterns between SAP and modern data platforms, enabling seamless data flow across systems;\n\nExperience supporting large-scale enterprise BI environments, ensuring stability and scalability of solutions;\n\nExperience developing Web Intelligence reports, ensuring delivery of business-ready reporting solutions;\n\nExperience designing Universes using Information Design Tool, enabling structured and efficient data access;\n\nFamiliarity with Central Management Console administration, enabling effective BI platform management;\n\nExperience with SAP BW/4HANA data modeling, ensuring proper design and optimization of data models;\n\nExperience developing BW queries and reporting layers, ensuring consistent and performant analytics;\n\nExperience using BW Modeling Tools in Eclipse, enabling efficient development of BW objects;\n\nKnowledge of dimensional modeling and star schema design, enabling efficient analytical data structures;\n\nStrong SQL skills, enabling effective data querying and troubleshooting;\n\nExperience supporting enterprise BI production environments, ensuring reliability and incident resolution;\n\nExperience with SAP ChaRM and transport management processes, ensuring controlled deployments and system consistency;\n\nExperience mentoring engineers or leading technical initiatives, enabling team development and delivery of complex solutions.\n\nWe offer:\nSalary for work amounting to 110,000 -
