Your success will be dependent on how effective you are at transforming a frustrated exchange into an excellent customer experience.\nWhat does this involve?\nGood listening skills and the ability to effectively communicate under pressure.\nExtensive knowledge of our products and services - this will determine how well you resolve problems and offer advanced solutions to customer.\nTaking a Good-Better-Best sales approach to every customer interaction - displaying superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport.\nBeing self-motivated and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.\nWhat you'll do:\nAnswer customer calls and address all requests or inquiries concerning services and products, and report problem areas.\nUtilize various systems and tools to assist customers.\nUse sales expertise to make recommendations according to customer’s needs.\nUtilize operational systems to process purchases of all products and services.\nUse solid problem-solving skills to identify and solution customer’s technical issues.\nDemonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills.\nAbility to support our customers during working hours, some holiday coverage and occasional overtime may be required.\nAbility to sit or stand for long durations (e.g., 8-10 hours) and engage with customers as dictated by needs of the business.\nThe base wage range for this full-time position is $18.33 - $21.30 per hour + bonus (if applicable) + benefits.
