Account Manager - Grocery Retail Merchandising

This is a full-time position with a target hiring range of $21.28 - $27.00 per hour with eligibility for a quarterly bonus. Starting wage is based on a variety of factors including but not limited to geographic location and experience.

Our ideal location for a candidate to reside is in the Redwood City, CAarea.

Who We Are:

We partner with brands in the natural/organic food and beverage industry to optimize their retail presence.

Your Responsibilities:

• You will represent a portfolio of up to 50 brands in the Organic/Natural Food and Beverage industry, such as: Olipop, Chocolove and TruFru.
• You will work approximately 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday starting between 5am-8am.
• You will be in charge of building and maintaining a consistent route of weekly store visits at Whole Foods Market and Sprouts retailers in Sunnyvale, San Jose, Sevens Creek, Los Gatos, Campbell, Redwood City, Palo Alto, and San Mateo.Locations are subject to change based on business needs.
• You will be responsible for growing brands in your portfolio and maintaining the highest level of retail standards:
• • Build relationships with retail leaders to promote brands during weekly visits.
  • Maintain proper communication strategies with retail partners via email, call, text, or in-person conversations.
  • Report in real-time on brand updates via an application called Go Spot Check.
  • Ensure that products are merchandised to the brands standards.
  • Perform basic shelf maintenance: working backstock, facing/fronting, tag compliance, and proper signage.

This position has a full wage range of $21.28 - $34.83per hour.
