This individual will have specialized knowledge and skills, obtained through experience and/or formal training, to assist and support our institutional and marketing team. The candidate should have a strong operational background, especially when it comes to client onboarding. They will be expected to provide solutions to problems with extensive contact with our Operations team, internal business partners, as well as various custodians. Additionally, they will help to facilitate and execute sales and marketing initiatives, manage client reporting, provide assistance with onboarding and maintaining our financial intermediary partners, while ensuring accurate CRM data management and support across platforms.\nCore Responsibilities\nBuilds relationships with clients and shareholders, our Operations team, Compliance, Portfolio Managers, Sales and Marketing team, as well as other internal and external business partners by delivering exceptional proactive service\nOnboards new client relationships through correspondence, reports, custodial paperwork, new account paperwork, and advisory agreements\nServices existing client relationships (including calls, meetings, corresponding, and addressing requests as well as processing money and asset movements, and ad hoc requests) with the highest level of service and prompt follow-up with the client\nHelps to prepare and provide documentation and materials required for client calls and visits\nIs the key liaison between Operations and Client Service/Sales. The range below applies as long as the work is performed in Connecticut; the Knights of Columbus reserves the right to adjust the wage range if the position is performed in another location. At the Knights of Columbus, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
