See our benefits and perks page for details.\n\nApplicants for this position must not now, nor at any point in the future, require sponsorship for employment.\n\nWHAT YOU'LL DO:\nBuild, test, and deploy email campaigns and automated journeys in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, ensuring each campaign runs smoothly from setup to send.\n\nUse data and advanced ESP capabilities to create dynamic, personalized content that delivers meaningful customer experiences.\n\nUse Salesforce Marketing Cloud in combination with other systems to improve efficiency, strengthen capabilities, and support evolving marketing strategies.\n\nTranslate business goals into scalable automation solutions, documenting and sharing best practices to drive consistency across the team.\n\nTroubleshoot technical and deliverability issues to ensure strong inbox placement and maintain Mutual of Omaha’s trusted email reputation.\n\nWHAT YOU’LL BRING:\nAt least 2 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Journey Builder, Automation Studio, triggered sends) and a deep understanding of how to build complex automated programs.\n\nProficiency with HTML, CSS, and AMPscript, with the ability to develop responsive, data-driven emails.\n\nStrong knowledge of email marketing best practices, testing, and compliance standards such as CAN-SPAM and CCPA.\n\nExcellent cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to work alongside creative and technical teams to bring campaigns from concept to inbox while meeting brand and regulatory standards.\n\nStrong prioritization and problem-solving skills, with the focus to keep pace without sacrificing accuracy.\n\nYou promote a collaborative culture, value different ideas and opinions, and listen courageously, remaining curious in all that you do.\n\nAble to work remotely with access to a high-speed internet connection and located in the United States or Puerto Rico.\n\nPREFERRED:\n3+ years of Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience.\n\nBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field; or equivalent professional experience.\n\nFamiliarity with SQL for building and segmenting data extensions in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.\n\nExperience working with APIs or system-to-system integrations that support automation at scale.\n\nExperience creating dynamic email solutions with tools such as Movable Ink.\n\nA background in digital marketing strategy or the financial services industry, bringing a deeper understanding of audience behavior and customer engagement.\n\nWe value unique experience, skills, and passion for innovation.
