The Senior CRM Engineer will collaborate with architecture, UX and other development teams, as well as the business community.\nCore Responsibilities\nCreate Microsoft Power Apps\nDevelop Proof of Concepts (PoCs) to test new functionalities\nDesign, develop, test, and implement D365 PowerApps and related flows\nDesign, develop, test, and implement custom features and processes in Microsoft Dynamics\nParticipate in business case creation and estimation of work \nRecommend and implement best practices for KofC\nConsult with business to modernize business processes by leveraging PowerApps and automation\nAssist in communicating new features released to users\nCreate and maintain application solution documentation\nAssist in writing user guides for newly developed apps\nMonitor and troubleshoot performance or other issues when needed\nOn-call and/or after-hours work required\nSkills Qualifications\nMust be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously with the ability to work well under pressure\nMust be self-motivated, and able to work independently, as well as interact well with others and communicate professionally with people at all levels.\nMust demonstrate up-to-date expertise in D365 CRM (Power platform, power automate, Apps), .NET development, Portal Development, Power BI, Azure and the ability to apply that expertise to development activities\nAt least 4 years of hands-on development experience with CRM solutions , D365 / CRM and/or Power Platform experience preferred\nExperience with Integration within the M365 ecosystem and Microsoft Dataverse / Common Data Service\nExcellent UI design skill and hands on experience in designing and developing entities in PowerApps.\nGood exposure to Common data services like Dataverse andintegration to CRM solutions like Dynamics 365.\nExperience Using API custom-connectors within PowerApps.\nEducation\nBachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, engineering or relevant field\n6+ years hands on CRM experience \n3+ Year of Building PowerApps and Flow structure driven Apps\n8+ years IT experience \nStrong problem-solving skills -- must be able to think critically and independently\nAuthorization to work in the
