See our benefits and perks page for details.\n\nApplicants for this position must not now, nor at any point in the future, require sponsorship for employment\n\nWHAT YOU’LL DO:\nLead, mentor, and support a team of software engineers through solution design, development, and delivery.\n\nPartner with business and technology stakeholders to define scalable, enterprise-ready solutions.\n\nDrive architectural discussions and influence technical direction across multiple initiatives.\n\nDesign and implement cloud-native applications and services using Java, Spring, Boot, Mulesoft and AWS technologies.\n\nDevelop and support REST-based APIs and event-driven integrations utilizing technologies such as Kafka and MongoDB\n\nPromote engineering best practices related to architecture, scalability, performance, security, and maintainability.\n\nChampion the adoption of AI-enabled development tools and practices to improve productivity and accelerate delivery.\n\nProvide technical leadership across the software development lifecycle, from requirements through production support.\n\nSupport a diverse technology ecosystem, including applications with React-based front-end components.\n\nWHAT YOU’LL BRING:\n5+ years experience leading technical teams and mentoring software engineers.\n\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and system design capabilities.\n\nAbility to understand and communicate both tactical solutions and long-term architectural strategy.\n\nHands-on experience building cloud-native applications using Java, Spring Boot, and AWS.\n\nExperience working with REST APIs, event-driven architectures, Kafka, and MongoDB.\n\nFamiliarity with modern software engineering practices and AI-assisted development tools.\n\nStrong collaboration and communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders\n\nPREFERRED:\nExperience with MuleSoft and API-led integration patterns.\n\nExposure to React applications and supporting front-end development teams.\n\nExperience influencing architecture and solution design across multiple teams or product areas.\n\nThis role is classified as remote; however, periodic in-person attendance will be required at times for activities such as quarterly or project planning, training, or other business-critical meetings.\nWe value diverse experience, skills, and passion for innovation.
