AI Product Engineer

We're looking for someone who shows up with three working prototypes when we asked for one idea. Someone who thinks Claude Code + a weekend is a completely reasonable project plan. Someone who gets genuinely, maybe even annoyingly, excited about what happens when you point frontier models at a billion-dollar commerce media network.

Responsibilities:

• AI-generated, per-shopper ad creative that rewrites itself in milliseconds before checkout renders.
• Agentic advertiser onboarding: Describe your product in one sentence live, targeted campaign in 90 seconds.
• Models that ingest a publisher's full catalogue + shopper graph and decide what to show before a human ever configures anything.
• Internal agents that replace half the dashboards we currently rely on.
• Whatever you propose in week two that we haven't thought of yet.

Requirements:

• You build fast. And you've done it enough that "fast" doesn't mean "sloppy".
• You're comfortable working directly with LLMs, agents, APIs, and whatever new model dropped last week.
• You've probably hacked together products using tools like Claude, GPT, open-source models, or weird combinations of all three.
• You default to prototypes over discussions.
• You're allergic to unnecessary process, but you know when structure actually matters.
• You care about outcomes, not just whether something works, but also whether it moves a.
