Ensures contracts are clear, comprehensive, and aligned with organizational goals.\nCompliance and Risk Management: Monitors compliance with contract terms and applicable laws and regulations. Identifies potential risks and develops mitigation strategies.\nCross-Functional Collaboration and Support: Works closely with legal, finance, procurement, and operations teams to facilitate contract execution and compliance. Provides expert guidance on contract-related inquiries and issues.\nDatabase Management: Maintains an organized and accurate contract management database. Ensures timely renewals, amendments, and terminations of contracts.\nPerformance Monitoring: Tracks contract performance metrics and reports on compliance and effectiveness. Addresses and resolves any disputes or performance issues that arise.\nWho You Are\nWith 3-5+ years of experience in contract management or a similar role.\nHave a Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited U.S. law school and are in good standing with at least one U.S. state bar.\nPossess a strong understanding of software and technology contracting and negotiating customer contracts.\nPossess in-depth knowledge of contract law and regulations.\nHave strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.\nProficient in contract management software (e.g., IronClad, Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills.\nAttention to detail and strong organizational skills.\nEven Better If You Have…\nProven negotiation skills and the ability to manage multiple contracts simultaneously.\n3+ years of commercial and privacy contracting experience under United Kingdom, European, United States, and APAC laws at a recognized law firm or technology company.\nAuthorization to Work in the U.S.: Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
