Provides tactical guidance to Associate PMs and proactively mitigates risks to ensure efficient, high-quality service delivery. \nSubject Matter Expertise: Designs and implements robust review workflows and oversees standard database administration. Acts as the definitive procedural expert in core platform functionality, mastering advanced search construction, document review batching, and productions while progressively helping clients leverage advanced analytics and GenAI to drive efficient legal outcomes. Translates front-line client feedback into actionable feature requests for DISCO’s product and engineering teams. \nClient Relations: Develops strong, collaborative relationships with client case teams, providing clear, accurate status reporting and guidance on customized product functionality.
