interpersonal skills;\n\n Ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels from staff to CEO;\n\n Strong persuasion skills and credibility;\n\n Excellent verbal and written communication skills;\n\n The ability to be task- and deadline-driven in a highly pressurized environment;\n\n Excellent organizational & time management skills;\n\n Ability to work independently.\n\nEducation and Experience\n\nQualification:\n\n Bachelor Degree: HR/BA/equivalent\n\nExperience:\n\n 5 – 8 years’ work experience in a human resources environment\n\n Knowledge of Success Factors (SAP) \n\n Postgraduate HR Qualification advantageous \n\n Industry specific experience advantageous \n\n Discovery Experience
