Functions that make up the unit are Business Relationship Management, Customer Services, Digital Services, Finance and Billing Operations, Workflow Optimisation, Claims Enablement, Managed Care, Disease Management and New Market Integration.\n\nKey Purpose\n\nThe Work-Integrated Learning Programme (WIL): HR Learner is a fixed-term, structured learning and development opportunity designed to provide hands-on HR experience/Inservice Training. The role supports various HR functions while aligning theoretical knowledge with practical workplace exposure, as part of the learner’s qualification requirement.\n\nAreas of responsibility may include but not limited to:\n\nTalent Acquisition Support, \n\nHR Administration, \n\nReporting, \n\nData Capturing, \n\nFiling, \n\nProject Administration \n\nHR Projects & Events\n\nPersonal Attributes and Skills\n\nStrong Relationship skills. \n\nStrong Collaboration skills. \n\nStrong focus on Service Excellence. \n\nTakes Initiative. \n\nProcess and Task driven. \n\nAttention to detail. \n\nUses discretion when dealing with confidential correspondence/information. \n\nManages time effectively. \n\nWorks in a systematic, methodical and orderly way, within strict SLAs. \n\nWorks productively in a pressurized environment.\n\nCustomer service oriented\n\nEducation and Experience\n\nEssential\n\nMatric/ Grade 12.\n\nCompleted (N6) in Human Resources at TVET Colleges\n\nHighly proficient in Microsoft Office\n\nAdvantageous\n\nProficiency in Microsoft\n\nEMPLOYMENT EQUITY \n\nThe Company’s approved Employment Equity Plan and Targets will be considered as part of the recruitment process.
