It's a role built for variety: one moment you're prepping a residence for a member's arrival, the next you're helping bring a club activation to life or setting a guest up for a day on the mountain or lake. The Club Services Associate works across departments to ensure club spaces, residences, equipment, and experiences are consistently maintained and delivered to the highest standards.\nWorking closely with department leaders, the Club Services Associate helps bring the Homewood Club experience to life, one detail, one interaction, and one great day at a time. It's a role for someone who genuinely enjoys people and wants to be the friendly face members and guests remember.\nKey Responsibilities\nClub Operations & Experience SupportSupport daily club activations across multiple Club operations departments.\nAssist with setup, execution, and breakdown of club experiences, programs, and events.\nEnsure club spaces are clean, organized, stocked, and prepared for member use.\nSupport as needed across Club and Resort services.\nProvide general support to ensure a seamless and elevated member experience throughout the day.\n\nMember and Residential Services SupportPerform weekly residential checks and report on home condition, readiness, and service needs.\nAssist with home staging and preparation for member arrivals and departures.\nSupport housekeeping needs such as stocking, and basic property readiness tasks.\nAssist with preparation of homes and spaces for real estate tours and sales experiences.\nCommunicate observations, needs, and service updates to the Homewood Facilities Team.\n\nOutdoor Pursuits SupportAssist with preparation, setup, and breakdown of Outdoor Pursuits activities and equipment when requested.\nSupport guides and team members in delivering safe, organized, and high-quality experiences.\nMaintain cleanliness, organization, and readiness of Outdoor Pursuits facilities and gear.\n\nTransportation, Vehicles & EquipmentAssist with staging, movement, and basic upkeep of company and guest vehicles.\nSupport operations involving recreational equipment as needed.\nEnsure vehicles and equipment are clean, fueled/charged, and ready for use.\n\nGeneral Operations & Team SupportSupport in setting the standard for daily execution and service.\nAssist department leads with daily operational needs across the property.\nMaintain a high level of organization, cleanliness, and attention to detail in all work areas.\nIdentify and communicate service gaps, safety concerns, or maintenance needs.\nAssist with special projects, events, and operational initiatives as assigned.\n\nSkills & Qualifications:\n2+ years of experience in hospitality, outdoor recreation, property operations, or a related field preferred.\nStrong work ethic with a hands-on, team-first mentality.\nAbility to work across multiple departments in a fast-paced environment.\nStrong attention to detail and organizational skills.\nValid driver’s license in good standing.\nAdditional Requirements\nPositive attitude, professional demeanor, and exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to deliver service to members, guests, and team members.\nMust be able to work flexible work hours/schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
