Please click here to apply internally.\nThe Dishwasher is responsible for operating and maintaining cleaning equipment and tools. Other responsibilities include washing dishes, China ware, flatware, cutlery, crockery, kitchen vessels, sweeping and mopping floors, cleaning and detailing equipment's. The Dishwasher will help maintains the kitchen, dish washing and back areas in an inspection-ready condition in accordance with local authority and club guidelines. In this role, you will be part of creating the Discovery Land Company experience for our members and fellow employees.Key Responsibilities\nMaintain sanitation standards in all kitchen work areas by cleaning dishes and kitchen work areas, sweeping kitchen work areas, and removing trash.\nProvide clean cooking utensils for the F&B operations and ensure that all utensils and equipment are clean, dry, and correctly stored in the designated areas.\nMaintain safety, proper storage of chemicals, and chemical concentration logs.\nDaily set ups of China, glassware, and silverware items for all outlets.\nParticipate as a team player with other key team members.\nAttends department briefings as necessary to communicate necessary.\nCompletion of all opening/closing procedures as instructed.\nAssist with execution of departmental objectives and goals.\nMonitoring inventory levels through regular inventory checks.\nMaintain all equipment and be sure it is properly handled and maintained.\nCleans and maintains floors and walls in kitchen and dish washing area by following standard procedures.\nEnsure all equipment is clean and in good working order.\nWash, Wipe, Sort, stack and store all cleaned items in an organized and safe manner.\nReport any maintenance or hazard issues to the Executive Chef.\nAlways Maintain a clean and safe work environment.\nAdhere to all company policy and procedures.\nAll government, safety, health, and security standards are complied with through the department at all times.\nAny other duties as assigned.\n Qualifications\nThree (3) months prior experience at a high-end restaurant, resort, or private club required.\nAdditional Requirements\nPositive attitude, professional demeanor, and exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to deliver service to members, guests, and team members.\nMust be able to work flexible work hours/schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
