Please click here to apply internally.\nThis role will be located at one of Discovery Land Company’s locations: Summit Club, set outside of Las Vegas, NV.Summit Club is seeking a Housekeeper / Public Area Attendant to join the Residential Services Department.\nThe Housekeeper is responsible for maintaining a clean, orderly, and inviting environment within our prestigious residential community. You will ensure that the clubhouse, public areas, amenities facilities, and private residential homes are well-maintained, presentable, and exceeds the expectations of members and guests. You will work closely with the Residential Services and Club Operations management team to deliver exceptional service and uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation. In this role, you will be part of creating the Discovery Land Company experience for our members and fellow employees.\nKey Responsibilities\nHousekeeper\nClean and maintain luxury rental homes, condos, and or rentals.\n\nMake beds and change linens.\n\nCollects all dirty linen, towels, and rags and return to laundry station and places them in the washer and dryer.\n\nReplaces clean linens, towels, and rags.\n\nClean bathrooms and restock with soap and paper products if needed.\n\nVacuum carpeted areas and sweep, scrub and mop floors.\n\nClean kitchens including wash dishes and .\n\nEmpties and relines all trash containers.\n\nCleans glass on windows and doors.\n\nDust furniture, pictures, window ledges and shelves.\n\nDetail cleaning including ceilings, vents, light fixtures, walls, room high and low corners, sky lights, door sills, door tops, tops of decorative and operational furniture.\n\nMaintain member and guest confidentiality.\n\nSubmit billing for work completed to management.\n\nOther duties assigned by management.\n\nQualifications\nHigh School Diploma or equivalent.\n\nAt least 6 months of previous housekeeping experience preferred.\n\nProven experience in professional cleaning or housekeeping, preferably in a high-end residential or hospitality setting.\n\nExcellent knowledge of cleaning products, techniques, and best practices for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene.\n\nKnowledge of health and safety regulations and the ability to apply them in the workplace.\n\nSafety conscious at all times in use of machinery and chemicals to avoid injury to self and others.\n\nAttention to detail and the ability to maintain a high standard of cleanliness throughout the clubhouse.\n\n Additional Requirements\nPositive attitude, professional demeanor, and exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to deliver service to members, guests, and team members.\n\nMust be able to work flexible work hours/schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
