Please click here to apply internally.\nThe Member Experience Supervisor plays a key role in delivering unparalleled daily experiences for members and guests. This position supports the Member Experience and Events Manager by overseeing Member Experience (MX) team operations, coordinating events and activations, and ensuring seamless execution across all touchpoints. The Supervisor combines strong organizational skills with creativity to curate memorable moments while maintaining high service standards and helps train and support the MX team to best deliver exceptional and unforgettable experiences across Costaterra.Responsibilities \nTeam Leadership & Operations\nSupervise and support the Member Experience team in daily operations.\nAssist with team scheduling, training, and performance monitoring.\nLead daily briefings and contribute to weekly departmental meetings.\nEnsure all reports, updates, and communications are accurate and timely.\nMember Experience & Engagement\nBuild strong relationships with members and guests, ensuring personalized service.\nSupport member onboarding, profiles, and ongoing engagement initiatives.\nIdentify opportunities to create “wow moments” and elevate the member journey.\nMaintain up-to-date member preferences and feedback.\nEvents & Activations\nCoordinate and execute club events and activations, from planning to delivery.\nAssist in developing event concepts, timelines, budgets, and BEOs.\nLiaise with vendors and internal departments to ensure smooth execution.\nHost events and ensure a high level of service and engagement.\nAdministration & Coordination\nPrepare and update event documentation, reports, and presentations.\nSupport budgeting processes, purchase orders, and invoice tracking.\nMaintain organization of department files, systems, and supplies.\nEnsure all deadlines and project timelines are met.\nCollaboration\nWork closely with other departments (Member Services, F&B, Golf, Sales, Marketing) to ensure seamless experiences.\nSupport cross-departmental initiatives and special projects as required.\nSkills and Qualifications in the Role\nPrevious experience in client-facing hospitality, Member Experience and/or events required.\nStrong organizational and multitasking abilities.\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.\nPeople driven and able to inspire and motivate team members and to utilize individual skillsets to the greatest ultimate gain.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office; Canva, Adobe Illustrator or Adobe Photoshop knowledge is a plus.\nCreative mindset with attention to detail.\nPositive, professional, and proactive attitude.\nAbility to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.\nStrong problem-solving skills and ability to perform under pressure.\nTeam-oriented with the ability to work independently when needed.\nCommitment to delivering exceptional member service.\nWhat do we offer?\nWork-Family Culture, Global Career Opportunities, Competitive Salarys, Development Programs, Medical Insurance, Meal Allowance, Staff Restaurant, Staff Events and Staff accommodation if you are not local.\nIf you have what it takes and want to build a career , this is the place for you!\nAbout Us\nRunning along the last untouched Atlantic coast in Southern Europe, CostaTerra is comprised of 300 residences on 292 hectares / 722 acres, over 30% of which are dedicated preserve land.
