Interns will assist the Volunteer Supervisor in running Discovery World’s Volunteer Program. This internship is designed to give career building skills in areas related to volunteer recruitment, recognition, and retention. Interns will also collaborate across the Discovery World organization to ensure volunteer needs are being met.\nESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES\nTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other minor duties may be assigned.\nPlan and execute the Spring 2027 Volunteer Recognition event.\n\nResearch and implement different volunteer recognition options.\n\nResearch and implement new volunteer recruitment options.\n\nOnboard and train new volunteers as needed.\n\nWORK ENVIRONMENT\nListed below are key points regarding environmental demands and work environment of the job.
